Private Swim Lessons
seven 30-minute lessons: Member $147  |  Non-Member $220

Private Swim Lesson Application – Fall/Winter/Spring

Ages 3+
Benefits of a private swim instructor include:

  • Ability to focus better working one-on-one
  • Individual guidance to perfect your stroke technique
  • Convenience of scheduling with your own instructor.

REGISTRATION:
An application is required before registration. Please find the application at the Member Service Desk or the link above and return to the Aquatic Director. After application is received you will be contacted by the Aquatic Department.


Water Fitness Classes

20/20/20
Free to members – No registration

After a warm up, we’ll be using our own bodies to create resistance in the water to get that heart pumping. Next, we’ll use equipment to create resistance and keep that heart rate going. Last, we’ll finish with hydro pilates to work the core and then relax with a cool down and yoga stretches.


50/50
Free to members – No registration

This lass will follow a format of 50% shallow water aerobics with 50% of muscle conditioning.


AQUA ARTHRITIS
Free to members – No registration

Warm water recreational exercise program designed for people with impaired joint motion. The purpose is to reduce pain and stiffness and increase joint range of motion while having fun with basic resistance movements and water walking. Beginners welcome!


AQUA ATTACK
Free to members – No registration

High Intensity Interval training (HIIT) is a great class to ramp up your workout routine. This class will include bursts of the high energy cardio exercises, with strength segments and recovery periods to increase both muscular strength and endurance.


AQUA BLAST
Free to members – No registration

This is a high energy and advanced class in the lap pool that utilizes all levels of the water and many different equipment options. Come and have a blast with us!


AQUA TONING
Free to members – No registration

Aqua Toning is the perfect way to sculpt your body naturally while having a total blast. Learn how to use light weights to enhance rhythm and tone all the target zones including arms, abs and thighs.


AQUA ZUMBA®
Free to members – No registration

Known as the Zumba “Pool Party”, Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, and even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class. Aqua Zumba blends a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.


BOOT CAMP

Boot Camp H20 aquatic fitness is a HIGH INTENSITY water fitness program that provides the benefits of a pool, with little to no impact on joints and expands lung capacity, as well as the benefits of weight and resistance training of a traditional gym. This program is UNIQUE because it is a cross-training of swimming, water polo, water aerobics, modified plyometric, and traditional strength and cardiovascular exercises.


CORE AND MORE
Free to members – No registration

A core focused aerobic/tone circuit class designed to increase strength and stamina. There are 4 circuits focusing on abs, obliques, back and arms. Each circuit gets progressively more challenging as you develop cardio endurance and core strength. The progressive circuit approach empowers beginners to improve at their own pace while giving advanced users a complete hard core workout. Get ready to work!


H20 ENERGY

It’s time to put a solid 50 minutes of cardio fun and strength building exercises before you start your weekend.


HIIT CIRCUIT
Free to members – No registration

Are you ready to break that plateau? Then a High, Intensity, Interval Training Circuit will push you closer to that goal. We will use a plethora of equipment in all three levels of the pool.


HYDRO MIX
Free to members – No registration

Deep water cardio mixed with shallow water resistance and strength training rotating equipment used each week (resistance bands, hand buoys, weights, and kick boards).


HYDRO SPLASH
Free to members – No registration

This class combines range of motion exercises with low impact cardio and muscle toning and strengthening. We’ll be using your own body weight, resistance equipment and noodles (in shallow and deep end) ending with a relaxing cool down and stretch.


PURE CARDIO
Free to members – No registration

This is a non-stop, incredibly challenging cardio class designed for those demanding a very high-intensity program. If your goal is to improve your stamina and endurance this workout is perfect for you. We’ll be performing aqua running, plyometric and power movements in both the vertical and horizontal positions. We’ll mix it up by adding equipment to make it even more challenging.

It’s time to get your body ready for the weekend. What a better way than to challenge yourself with cardio and weight bearing segments! Come ready and set to make it a fun experience.

CARDIO LITE

This moderate intensity cardiovascular workout is designed to burn fat and calories. Safe and beneficial for EVERYONE and “ideal” for the new exerciser and those needing an endurance workout that is easy and joint friendly.


 


LINE DANCING

The time will just fly as you move and shake to many different types of music. A must for anyone who LOVES to dance!


SILVERSNEAKERS® CLASSIC

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.


SILVERSNEAKERS® YOGA

Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

This class focuses on moderate flexibility, breathing, & stress reduction utilizing traditional yoga forms.

Senior Pick-Up Pickle-Ball
Free to members – No registration

Pickle-ball combines elements of tennis, table tennis, badminton, and racquetball. Come enjoy pick-up games with your friends or meet someone new ones! The game is easy to learn and our volunteers and staff will help you get the hang of it. The game is played indoors and utilizes a wooden paddle and wiffleball. Equipment provided or bring your own!
