We heard you… The Aquatics Center is proud to announce the implementation of a private swim lesson program. This program is for ages 3 and up.

Benefits of a private swim instructor include:

  •     Ability to focus better working one-on-one
  •     Individual guidance to perfect your stroke technique
  •     Convenience of scheduling with your own instructor.

An application is required before registration. Please find the application at the Member Service Desk or the link above and return to the Aquatics Coordinator. After application is received you will be contacted by the Aquatic Department.

Parent/Child Group Swim Lessons:

SWIM STARTERS: Accompanied by a parent, infants and toddlers learn to be comfortable in the water and develop swim readiness skills through fun and confidence building experiences, while parents learn about water safety, drowning prevention, and the importance of supervision.


Parents accompany children in stage A, which introduces infants and toddlers to the aquatic environment through exploration and encourages them to enjoy themselves while learning about the water.

Family Basketball

Spend some time with your little one playing basketball on our 6’ high wall mounted basketball hoops. Mini basketball are provided. Times are designated on the Gymnasium Schedule and are intended for children 7 years and under. Equipment may be checked out at the Member Service Desk by a Parent or Guardian.

Youth and Family Center

The Youth and Family Center area is a place where adults and children (ages 7 and younger with an adult) can come to relax, interact and socialize with each other. The area includes a Bubble Air Hockey Table, a Pool Table, an Air Hockey Table, Basketball Arcade Games, and an X-Box Connect. The center is monitored in the evenings and on weekends.

Attend any Land or Cycle Group Exercise class with your teen and make it a family event!

  • Ages 14+ yrs can attend group exercise & cycle classes.
  • Ages 12-13 yrs may attend Land Group Exercise classes with a parent*.
  • Ages 11-13 yrs may attend Group Cycle classes with a parent*.
  • *Youth must not be a distraction to the adult class. Please view Adult Registration Information and Adult Program Guide for all class details & descriptions

Winter II Schedule:


Designed for parents to practice yoga asanas with their babies ages 8 weeks-18 months, this class incorporates postnatal-friendly poses to help strengthen and stretch muscles, as well as soothing and playful elements for the baby participants. *Moms, please ensure that your doctor has approved physical activity before attending.


Through postures & meditation, this class builds strength, focus, flexibility, and awareness through a gentle practice designed especially for a pregnant woman’s needs. The techniques taught are beneficial in easing the mind & body during pregnancy, labor & postpartum. *Please ensure that your doctor has approved physical activity before attending.
