The best way to determine if a YMCA membership is for you is to take a tour of our facility. Our knowledgeable staff will be able to answer questions and assist you in making one of the best decisions of your life. Tours can be given any time that is convenient for you and your family.
As a benefit of a YMCA membership, bring your membership card and photo ID and enjoy free access to almost every YMCA in the United States. YMCA members must utilize their home branches at least 51% of the time. SilverSneakers®, Renew Active®, and Silver&Fit® members do not qualify. Please call the YMCA you plan to visit for schedules and to confirm participation, as some restrictions may apply.
The Rose E. Schneider Family YMCA offers scholarships to those who qualify. Scholarships are available for both membership and programs and is made possible through contributions to our Annual Support Campaign.

Why not purchase a YMCA membership for someone you care about? Gift Certificates are available at the Membership Desk and can be used for Development Fee, monthly membership dues, YMCA merchandise or programs.
KidQuarium is an area where children 6 weeks to 7 years of age can enjoy toys and activities for up to 2 hours while their parents use the facility. This service is for members, day pass members, guest pass members or program participants only.
Payment should be made with a KidQuarium electronic Punch Card, which may be purchased at the Membership Desk or online.
Facility Rentals are available to non-profit organizations. For activity-based rentals a Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) is required, naming the Butler County Family YMCA as additionally insured for a minimum of $1,000,000. The YMCA will not rent to a business or individuals who intend to charge a fee or sell products/services.

COVID-19
Programs are subject to change, including cancellation or when applicable hosted virtually rather than in-person, if the YMCA is forced to close or limit participation at our
facility for reasons related to government-mandated lock-downs or capacity limitations. In the event that this occurs, programs and classes that are able to be hosted
virtually will do so and no refund or credit will be given. For programs unable to coordinate an alternative solution, whether virtually or any other, prorates will be
refunded in the form of a system credit for members or a gift card for non-members to be used for a future program and will be provided to all participants. The YMCA assumes
no responsibility in the event of COVID-19 related regulations, limitations or any other COVID-19 related issue.

The Kids Clubhouse is a place where children can climb, spin, slide and much more! This play unit is designed for children under the age of 12. Floor level of clubhouse designated for children 3 and under. Staff are on site to ensure proper clubhouse usage.
Pay your annual membership with cash, check or credit card. Annual membership dues are non-refundable.
A monthly membership fee will be deducted from your checking or savings account. The member is responsible for verifying all drafts and draft cancellations. Errors must be brought to the attention of the Membership Account Manager by emailing rosebilling@bcfymca.org. The YMCA will not be responsible for draft errors beyond 60 days.
