School Vacation Care

We will be providing full day care for youth in grades Kindergarten-6th on select school vacation days, 7:00AM-6:00PM.

Dates of care available for 2021-2022 school year:

Oct. 11, 2021  •  Nov. 11, 24 & 29, 2021  •  Dec. 23, 27, 28, 29, & 30, 2021  •  Jan. 14 & 17, 2022  •  Feb. 21, 2022  •  Mar. 18, 2022  •  April 14, 18 & 19, 2022  •  May 13, 2022

We understand the need for childcare on scheduled days off school and our goal is to keep youth engaged and active all day long. That is why we are stepping up to support our community, families, and businesses to help those in need.

  • Participants must bring a packed breakfast & lunch, swimming attire & towel, tennis shoes and a water bottle.
  • Plan ahead – spots are limited.

Costs, Discounts, & Registration

Each day is $35 for Members & $50 Non-Members.

Yes! We work hard to ensure that no child is turned away from care for financial reasons. To fill out application, click here!

Payment is due at the time of registration. There will be a $5 processing fee applied for cancellations once registration is complete. You can only cancel 7 days prior and will still be charged the cancellation fee. Anything after 7 days won't be refunded or credited.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Ashley Vranick, Youth & Family Director ( prior to the date. The full amount, less a $5 processing fee can be refunded or applied to your membership dues. Cancellations must be submitted in writing 7 days prior to the start of the program. Anything prior to the 7 days will be able to cancel out and only charged the cancellation fee. Anything after 7 days notice will not be refunded or credited. 

Day-to-Day Information

Drop off and Pick up will be inside. Enter through the doors on the side by the BHS doctor offices and drop off/pick up outside of the Community Room. Then exit through the lobby doors. This way we keep traffic moving in the same direction. Remember you must bring ID with you when you pick up.

Our days are packed full of fun and activities that use our whole facility. Each day will be different and filled with lots of physical activity, swimming, arts and crafts, and hands on activities to keep our youth engaged.

You must provide breakfast, lunch, snacks (as needed) and a reusable water bottle.

Staff and Safety

Medications must be in the original prescribed container with the child’s name and dosage. Parents will fill out a medication form that will remain with the staff.
