Women's Adult Basketball Program: The traditional playground style of pickup and call your own fouls. Basketball played for recreation and wellness with old and new friends is sports at its finest. This program will mix players of all levels in spirited weekly 5v5 full court basketball games. We will have two hours of court time, so come and play one game or stay for the whole time.
Instructors Master Mark Jorgensen, 5th Degree Black Belt, and Mrs. Richelle Jorgensen, 4th Degree Black Belt, have nearly 30 years of martial arts experience each. Tang Soo Do is a traditional martial art that traces its roots to ancient Korea. www.keystonemartialarts.com
For more than 2,000 years, the art has been passed from instructor to student. We continue this tradition, teaching our students not only the physical requirements of a martial art but also by instilling core values such as integrity, concentration, self-control, perseverance and leadership.
Throughout the classes, students will learn the fundamentals of Tang Soo Do, self-defense, safety skills, advanced techniques and conceptual skills.
The first full week of each month, we are offering a TRY IT FREE WEEK for those who are interested and would like to see more about it before signing up! Registration is required and available in-house & online. *Limit one “Try It Free” week per participant per year.
When you give to the Y, you are funding life-changing programs that help thousands of children, adults and families in Butler County to learn, grow and thrive.
